Narupa has an extraordinary access trail bordered by the Hollin river, and has 1259 hectares. It is extremely important for the conservation of many endangered species such as the the flag and the Cerulean Warbler. Over 300 bird species can be found in this reserve, it’s, indeed, one of the most beautiful Jocotoco reserves.
Narupa reserve is also part of the Jocotoco foundation which is doing some extraordinary effort in the conservation and recovery of our forests so, by visiting this reserve, we are contributing to this effort.
